Refund Policy

Reely is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the software and your license key, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law.

1. Digital goods & instant access

When you buy Reely, you receive your license key and download immediately. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this instant access and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree that the statutory right of withdrawal (such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital content) does not apply once access has been provided.

2. Before you buy

Reely is a subscription: a plan is required to download the app and to use it. Every plan includes every feature - there are no tiers and no usage limits. The demo reels on this site are made with Reely itself and show exactly what it produces, and the documentation is open to read before you pay. If you have questions before buying, reach out - we’re happy to help.

3. Exceptions

If you were charged in error, never received your license key, or hit a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us at support@getreely.co and we’ll make it right - which may, at our discretion, include a refund.

4. Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may process refunds or reversals in accordance with its own policies (for example, in cases of fraud or chargebacks), independent of this policy.

5. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period; access continues until that paid or promotional period ends. The Reely Honor Offer is a promotional access period, not a cash credit or refundable balance.
